Madeleine is a 23-year-old Glasgow-based writer. She is a News Academy graduate and studied Multimedia Journalism at Glasgow Caledonian University, graduating with a First Class Honours.

She now works as a features writer, columnist, and digital journalist. She has appeared in The Skinny, Music Crowns, The Times, Scottish Wedding, GoldFlakePaint, Human Parts and Medium. Her writing covers a range of topics included fashion, lifestyle, music, arts and culture, alongside personal writing on disability, sexual abuse, sexual health, and mental health.

Madeleine recently wrote her first play, The Call, for Short Attention Span Theatre and she is currently working on her first collection of poetry.
