Mel Reeve is an archivist and writer. She runs the Bi History (@BiHistory) archive and research project dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of the bisexual+ community. She led the Stride with Pride project at Glasgow Women’s Library to create an LGBTQ+ heritage trail of Glasgow, and created Glasgow Zine Library’s online catalogue, as well as running workshops on radical archiving and cataloguing. Her writing has been published by 404 Ink, Monstrous Regiment, Autostraddle, GoldFlakePaint, The Skinny and more, and she publishes zines through her distro Fear of Making Art Press (@fomapress). She works at the National Library of Scotland as the Rights Officer for the Unlocking Our Sound Heritage project, specialising in copyright and Data Protection.
