At just 21 years old Zoë Daniel has amassed a pretty deadly media portfolio leading to her becoming the youngest person to be competitively selected for The Guardian’s coveted positive action scheme.
Working as a Bauer media group broadcaster from the age of 13, and in online television all through her teenage years, Zoë has interviewed the likes of Scottish First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon. Named by the Evening Standard as the “inspirational teenager you should follow on Instagram” Daniel’s expertise in diversity and social media saw her a sponsorship from BAFTA to be speak at the children’s media conference under their changemaker strand, Daniel moderated a panel the following year with BBC Newsround and Sky FYI Kids. She’s worked with creative agency The Digi Fairy on their trend report into Gen Z and spoke on a panel at Soho House with them earlier this year. She currently consults for the European Union Intellectual Property Office and has spoken on panels and a number of their events across Europe.
