Our research and policy work is shaped and informed with young women and girls to make sure their experiences and expertise are heard, valued and understood.  

This work is explicitly feminist and participatory – we exist for young women and are led by young women, and we co-design our research and policy work with young women from concept to delivery. We conduct our research and policy work with an intersectional lens, seeking to centre the voices of those who are at the greatest risk of systemic discrimination. By engaging with our research and policy work, young women shift public perception, gain commitments from local government to implement changes and recommendations, influence policy and legislative changes in Parliament, and build meaningful understanding and awareness around their unique experiences.
