2021 was a year of adapting, evolving, growing, and learning for us as Scotland and the world continued to respond to the uncertainties of a global pandemic.

Feedback from our community reassured us that we were meeting their needs; supporting women and girls to learn in a safe environment, connect with their communities, and achieve their aspirations. 

Here we reflected on the achievements we made, and the work ahead of us to ensure gender equality in Scotland.
