The Young Women’s Movement is Scotland’s national organisation for young women and girls’ leadership and rights.

Young women are at the heart of everything we do and we work collectively to equip with them the resurces, networks and platforms to lead meaningful change and create a more equal society. It’s the dedication, passion and skills of our team that makes a difference for young women and girls across Scotland.

Are you ready to join an intergenerational feminist team that will embrace your ideas and support and encourage you to bring your whole self to work? Are you ready to make a difference to the lives of young women and girls?

We work across Scotland supporting young women and girls to lead positive change on issues that matter to them. Collaboration, participation, and feminist leadership are three core principles underpinning our work.

Our staff support young women and girls to develop vital confidence and leadership skills, produce innovative research on the issues affecting young women and girls, and platform young women’s voices to key decision makers, businesses and stakeholders.
